New accounts currently seed with 20 free credits. Fallback costs include:

These are fallback values. A selected model can override them, and supported duration, resolution, scale or quality options can change the cost.
Billing sequence
- Painter calculates the applicable cost.
- The shared wallet is checked.
- If the balance is insufficient, no model call is made.
- The model runs.
- Successful output is stored and the attempt is recorded.
- Usage is debited after success.
A failed generation should not reach the debit step.
Review the result
Before keeping an asset, check:
- Did the output answer the brief?
- Did the intended Brand Kit and Campaign reach the generator?
- Are aspect ratio and file type correct?
- Are names, claims and numbers accurate?
- Is the cost consistent with the chosen model and options?
- Does the asset need a rights, legal or accessibility review?
