Specialist is what you reach for when one inspection is no longer enough — when you need divide-and-conquer research across dozens of sources, principled contradiction resolution, an exec-ready decision memo with claim-to-evidence linkage, an adversarial review pass to catch hallucinations, and a reproducible audit trail a regulator can defend. This course assumes Foundation; it skips the basics and gets directly to the reasoning discipline that separates an interesting Inspector report from a defended decision document.
